We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times indicated are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. The estimated arrival time for orders is 7 to 15 business days, counted from the moment the order is processed and shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, inspections, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control. Once products have been handed over to the carrier, title to and risk of loss of the products pass to the customer. Our products are shipped directly from our warehouses in China or from other international suppliers. For this reason, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processes, and the availability of international transport.
